“This is a property that feels truly well-cared for, offering generous space for a group and beautiful grounds that invite lingering. Its quiet setting is a real draw, yet the location itself proves remarkably convenient for exploring East Devon. It strikes me as a place you'd return to, a solid bolt-hole for a restorative break.”
